Welcome to "UNRAVELED: The DNA Discovery Group" Embark on a journey of healing, understanding, and community in a unique subscription-based program designed for those who have experienced the profound and often unsettling revelations of a DNA discovery. This program offers a safe, supportive space to explore the many facets of Identity Level Trauma® and navigate the complex emotions, conversations, and questions that arise from uncovering new truths about one's heritage and identity. In "UNRAVELED: The DNA Discovery Circle Group," you’re not just facing your DNA discovery alone – you’re processing, healing, and growing with a group that gets it. It’s a place where your feelings are validated, your identity is respected, and your journey towards understanding and acceptance is fully supported. We meet twice a month for a 90-minute live session. This is where we will catch up, share stories, and discuss what's happening in each of our lives. I'll also teach here, and we will have guest speakers join us. Each session will be recorded if you can not make it.
